It was mentioned in an earlier issue that HPI would be using the Aristo as a project car of sorts. I think the purpose of the test drive/drag article was 2-fold in that they were able to do their test drive on the stocker whilst also laying some sort of benchmark to compare their future mods against.

Funnily enough, I received my new HPI in the mail the other day and no mention of the Aristo in this issue (unless I'm blind which isn't entirely impossible )
