When i received my car (a 94 R33 gtst type m) from Japan, i live in Sweden, it had no boostcontroller, but it still boosted more then 1 BAR, up to 15-16 psi on higher gears.

When i unplugged the stock pressure-regulator (sitting near the airfilter) it started boosting the way i've read it should stock, like 4-5 psi, then getting higher above some rpm.

I've installed a HKS EVC III, but i still cant let the weird behavior go, so does anyone have an idea of how this could be?

I dont know if this says anything, but shouldnt my turbocompressor house say 45V1, it says 45V2 - though those were the not all that good SII plastic wheel-turbos?
