hey guys just a quick question about intercoolers... ive seen alot of cheaper copies of hybrid cooles n that with similar dimensions for about 150bux and i was wondering if there was a major difference between the hybrid and the cheaper alternatives ? the weld marks are prominent on the cheaper copies but i was just wondering if it made a huge difference ? thanks

Doesn't cool as better, but if your running low boost around 10PSI.. it wouldn't matter...

its only when your running heaps of boost you'll notice bad flow, and the compressed air isn't cooled as good as the "better" brands.

But hey? I got a hybrid copy, no problems here.

what do u guys think about the Gktech coolers just asking cauz i saw a group buy for 400...do u guys think its worth it or just wait n save another couple of hundred n buy a hybrid ?

are you planning to crazily mod your car and run heaps of boost? if not I think the GKTech cooler isn't that bad, as long as its stainless steel and it doesn't rust like some mild steel shit that some performance shops use, then dayem go for it !
