So finally the day has come...i been looking forward to this day since Aloisi's famous penlaty shot blasted the Uruguay net... >_<

I have taken 4 weeks off work and i will be going to various venues to watch the games, i also converted one of the living rooms downstairs at my house into a 'world cup games room' with a big screen, heiniken on tap and spare beds in other rooms for mates to crash overnight...

I would have loved to go to Germany but didnt work out...so what are you guys doing and where are you guys watching the games?? maybe some of you dont even care...

Anyway...best of luck to the aussies....

Will watch as many of the games regardless of who the teams are as its a great game to watch. Supporting England all the way but will following Australia with great interest and hope they go far in the competition to elevate the status of "soccer" over here.

Hmm..

being German I am obvisously biased!

Personally, I think the final match will be Germany / Italy ...and Germany will loose.

As for the Socceroos - No offense, guys.....but I do not think that the Aussies will make the 2nd round...I'd love to be wrong about this, tho....

Good luck!

twas definitely a nice win...

2-1 was good enough...shit, even 1-1 the way they were shooting from the middle of nowhere which was stupid....but 3-1...well done.

credit to the jap keeper, he made some excellent saves against some absolute rocket shots

    • Don't think that can fit in physically. Are you referring to this?    If it happens again, I'm going to get the nismo ones.
    • I bought the 1/18 scale celica and nsx from Justin and they are very detailed and good quality. I will definitely be interested in others in the series as they come out
    • Just install a grease nipple into the centre of the outer steel of the FUCA. Make sure the bushes aren't long enough to touch each other underneath that nipple. Cut a few mm off each if need be. Then you can push grease in there while it is all assembled. That was the very first thing I did (to all 4 ends) of the FUCAs on my 32 when I put Whiteline adjustable bushes into them. They would squeeze the grease out real fast, and I could squeeze it back in faster.
    • @GTSBoy I found the issue (sort of) when I took apart the bushing again, it was completely dry inside! When I experimented with it, all the grease would push out when I would compress the bushings. I wonder if this has anything to do with me putting in the poly bush first on both sides and then pushing in the metal barrel. Maybe I should have put in the metal barrel first then the rubber bushings so the spread pattern is different.   It's fixed (for now).
    • Just redid that entire job. 4 hours, but tightened everything properly. Had to jack the rotor instead of having the car on blocks as there was no room for the FUCA arms to tighten and the j arm. All good now. Cheers for the help!
