hey someone tell me the ending i saw vin do they race or not is that it what happens pls pls i downloaded for 6hrs a movie cut short ,oh no bull.

Yeah, Vin was there in the last 30s of the movie but he made a huge impact as usual. I watched the movie at Highpoint and there were about 20 cars did burn out and revving like mad in the car park at midnight after that.

I just wish the main character had a Jap girlfriend.

Saw this movie last night........ WHAT A BAG OF AIDS!

The main characters girlfriend can NOT act for shit! Shes not even that hot! speaking of which, none of the other girls in the movie are hot, generally mingers.

Half of the movies driving was poorly done cgi and generally there was no story.

And wtf is with that chick drifting up in the hills casually talking about how she used to come up to the mountains? I almost spewed when she was talking that shit.

bleh i still think the 1st is the best out of all of them.

IMHO save your $12 that you will spend on the ticket and buy something worthwhile, like a bottle of passion pop, that will probably give you more entertainment.

worst movie ever....

kept changing camera angles every 1/3 of a second so u could barely evan see anything...

and in car camera footage is so bloody boring... like jesus my left testicle could of put together a better movie...

i guess if i was an 8 yr old or something it would be quite appealing..

first 2 were waaaaaaaay better i rekon..

Totally agree about changine angels ever 0.003 seconds, christ its f*cing annoying!!!!

you cant focus on anything before it changes!

1st is still the best to me even though its a rice fest, it had a half decent story.

This movie sucks dead dogs dongers to the max!

I was quite suprised,

I went in there expecting to feel violently ill after 10 or so minutes having seen the amount of rubbish in the first two.... but I didnt! It actually had a pretty good story line and some pretty nice cars.

I'm sure alot of ford fan's would be choking on the RB26 going into the mustang though...

I was fuelling up my car at shell, which is close by the cinemas. I guessed the movie had just finished becuase of all the tyres screeching and Bov's going off :O

I'm sure alot of ford fan's would be choking on the RB26 going into the mustang though...

Damn right! imho, you shouldnt kill a classic.

I honestly cant believe some of you think the storyline was good, it was crass at best, the acting was absolutely terrible, events unbelievable and the only good character imo was Han. The first F&F probably had the best storyline, and even that was poor by any standard.

i think you guys just need to take the movie for what it was. you have to realsie that they have to try and appeal to the majority of people who will see the film and us true car enthusiasts are not them!

No I just expected SOME level of authenticity and real life comparison.

Like a major car in the movie was an EVO... yeah real popular drift car. If your gonna produce a movie liek that at least do your research and make it somewhat believable. Instead of 200km/h perfect drifts in an AWD EVO :O

If they were to only use your common everyday S13 - S15 in th emovie, then how damn boring would that have been...

Also if you did your reasearch...or even put 2 and 2 together, you will realise that the EVO was built by Rhys Millan, and no longer AWD.

As for evo's drifting.... heres some shots of my mate Tom.

US$11,000 for the full kit.

Also need to budget for rims and rubber.

* Recommended Wheel Size

Front 19 x 9.0 (-6)

Rear 19 x 12.0 (-34)

That mean 265 rubber on the front and 355 rubber on the back (or thereabouts). Pricey if you wanna drift like Han does...

lol @ 265 on a 9" rim....

Ive now seen the movie twice, not initially by choice and enjoyed it more the 2nd time, due to the amount to absorb, the movie imo sits closely to the first and if you choose to watch 2fast just watch the prelude on the dvd ;) by the way did i mention the hot chiks in the flick :D the ending was a nice suprise seeing that Vin didnt wanna touch the 2nd movie...

And finally there was hardly any CGI and it was not sponsored by Mitsubishi :PBJ: yay!

so did they have some killa one liners in it like they had in part one?

"It's not always the ride, it's the rider"

or some shit.. LOL

Wasn't the lead character the kid from American Gothic (cept all grown up)?

    • Let's hope that's not a copy pump either. There were so many copies of them back in the day.
    • Damn it, I was at work last night, and stayed in a room there during the storm with the car outside, but undercover, I just went downstairs and well....there was a large steel locker that has come from some place last night, it wasn't anywhere I could see yesterday, and yeap, it landed on the fraking car....of course it did..... LOL So, I'll need to take it back for paint and panel, luckily it was only the boot that took the hit, so it could have been worse Serves me right for staying at work and getting on the cans with some of the boys
    • Yeah, really happy with how it all turned out As for aftermarket lip, nah, I'm not really a fan for practically reasons on a street car that gets driven everywhere  I did have the full lower kit on my 2015 STI, but found the front lip scrapped alot, even at stock 4x4ish ride height As the NC sits now, with the lowest point of the car at 110mm, so just legal, some steep driveways and steep speed humps will still "just" scrap those little plastic OEM air dam thingies on the undertray just before the front wheels
    • Here's one I help build and tuned a decade ago, Garrett  GTX3071R Gen 1, T3 twin scroll 0.83 rear housing. Went from larger 272 cams down to smaller Tomei Poncams to help with the low end. S13 non VCT motor. Car was purpose built for the track, hence low down was the focus. Note the actual dyno chart shows lower boost, however the EBC and boost gauge showed 1.9Bar (Ignore the torque, I was young and didn't know how to set derived torque)
    • I’m doing some side developments on SR20det S13 engines, its one my hobby cars used it to compare flow capacity of some smaller size wheels. SR20det is one of another JDM legendary engines I'm sure there are plenty of SR enthusiasts on this forum, I will share results some common turbo configurations here. a quick run down of what the car is: Wide body 180sx Type X with black top engine (blue). It has: Stock bottom end Haltech 1500 ECU 5-0 motorsports trigger kit Kelford SR20DET Beehive Spring with Titanium Retainers Kelford Cams SR20DET S13 188-B 268/272 Cams G25-660 Turbocharger in T2 .64 rear housing internally gated ARP Head studs MLS head gasket 1000CC ID injectors Walbro 450L Fuel pump Front mount cooler kit JJR’s 3 inches turbo back exhaust (its too short for the 180sx it had to be extended) Pump 98 fuel Hub Dyno tune So far made 270rwkws at 22psi full boost by 4500RPM. Engine is very knock limited hence a pretty bad looking top end. From previous experiences it seems like SR20dets are happier with bigger size turbine, some thing like a GT30 would make way better top end, but on same time response is lost. It won't be a problem with S15 VCT engines. I'll be testing alternative turbine housing, turbine wheel and possibly dump pipe options for extra flow to resolve the problem and of course E85 would resolve all the issues.
