I think as far as bagging this place all i will say is i dont think it was the welding it was the design of the end tanks that was crap. But in the end they did the rite thing by me so i have no complaints

Do they want the plenum (upper half) or intake runners (lower half)? I always thought their design bolted onto the intake runners, so there shouldn't be any need for your plenum at all. If its the intake runners they want, why can't they make a plenum that bolts onto your runners? I'd be very hesitant about sending my plenum off in exchange, it'll make going back to stock (for selling time or EPA problems) very difficult.

They want the runners and they dont bolt the new plenum to the runners its welded so once its on there is no turning back
