ive put rb26 rods into my rb25 when i rebuit it with stock pistons.

what would my gains be by doing this? i know rb26 rods are stronger but how will they effect the characteristics of my motor?

the total spinning mass as increased with the addition of rb26 rods due to the extra materials in the stronger rod, so you MAY experience slightly slower rev up speed. probably so minimal you wont notice it

its not "you can" magically rev higher.

you always could. it just wasnt safe as the 25 rod bolts arent the best @ holding big RPM

There is little difference for tunes sake in the rod change... but after a rebuild i'd be getting a tune, not cause of the rods though.
