How Do You Photochop Images?

im a noob so dont hold it against me.

Can anyone here tell me how to photoshop images.

Basically i want to put a picture ontop of a picture of a car (so they basically look like vinyls), but i still want the curves of the car to remain.

I hope that made sense.

And also which programs does everyone use to do the photochops, because right now i only have paint.

You need Adobe Photoshop to do the images properly, Paint is pretty useless for doing chops.

Check out the link Topaz posted, that is a good start to car modifying, but it is very difficult to master. I can do some PS work, but I am still pretty crap at it, some people do some amazing things which I have no idea about.
