Unfortunately, 18x9.5's with a +15mm offset do not work - otherwise I would have bought these wheels.

They stuck out about 1.5" at the rim, and about 0.5" at the tyre. I'm not a fan of the stretched-tyre look either, so no go for me.

Look's nice Aaron....it looks like it's the same ride height as mine was with those $650 nismo's that are for sale...shit for the price of BC's you could go with the Nismo's and Whiteline sway bars.

nah man. just dont have the time and money at the moment for anything else.. i put the spring spacers on to lift and stiffen the ride abit. and its improved a whole heap so i'll just leave it like that for a while..

as you already know im having a shit of a morning..lol

on a plus side, a friend has just called me and said he wants to do a proffesional photo shoot of my car for his Business portfolio.. picked my car coz its different!

cant wait - n its free!!

This is how the car came up with new wheels.

19x8.5" Axis Hiro +20

and pirelli Pzero Rosso 235/45R19

and rolled the rear guards. Really happy with how it turned out!

You planning on painting them? Im up for new tyres soonish... was thinking of painting mine...

i was going to, but i think black on a black car would be strange..

the grey matches my rub guards..

might actually suit your if you went complete black... i saw ones with just the centre and it looked strange..

hit up "Taleb Tyres" on here.. they have VERY good tires really cheap..

got all four of mine for $660 delivered!

Result of an Adelaide trip a friend and I made :)

Extremely happy with this photo, I've messed around with lighting and colours a bit and it turned out great.

Hope you guys like it and (don't wanna sound cocky here) if you want a bigger copy I can post one later :)

More info on this stagea please

I'm not a C34 expert, but that looks like it has the standard 260RS front bar with a front diffuser added under and air guides on each corner of the front bar. The bonnet looks Dolphin to me (they still sell it).

Dunno about the rest though.

Hi Guys,

Just thought id join the thread and show you my 1st stagea and how far along it is.

Bought it stock and have done a few things since.

Still needs wheels put on.

loving the add on to the front bar, though seems to be angled backwards a touch (rear lower than front) is that just the photo? or meant to be like that?

      Just a standard sanding block size. With the rock chipa they are quite small. I sanded them as you could feel the edges.

      Say you've just laid all your filler and your about to start sanding, how large is the sanding block your using?  Like a high fill primer? Technically possible but would be a nightmare. Just guessing from the photo, but they look small enough that you might get away with using a 1k spot putty. Normally you'd use something like this on pinholes but with the type of project you're working on I'd give it a go.

      I mean, I can confirm the TPS is at 100%.... I can confirm when we installed the TB and setup the cable that the TB was indeed fully open at max pedal travel.. the same 'curve' (WRT MAP vs MAP) existed with the previous setup/TB/manifold as well... No, we did not do a run with no intake connected. I would love to go back in time to do such a run to rule out the intake. It would have also been good to do a run with the airbox lid off. There's a test there where increased IAT vs more available air could be a positive tradeoff. I remember taking the lid off my R34 Turbo setup back in the day and noticing a monster increase, even if IAT's did go up. Could be similar. Hard to test unless I find a very deserted road.

      That's actually encouraging to be honest. my motor was rebuild many years ago but it's probably done less than 30,000kms and fucc all limiter or drift, majority street / drag / roll racing. It'll be fine 💪🏼 I don't even have lines or a can for the cam breathers installed yet, there is zero oil residue or splatter on or around them, it drives beautifully so it seems healthy. Just a ticky lifter, yet they're almost brand new oem genuine Nissan and haven't done many kms at all...
