R33 Headlights On Highbeam?

Hi all, with the R33 when you have your highbeam on do the lowbeam lights go out or are they all on at once?

My brother inlaws lowbeams go out but i'm sure when I had my R33 the lowbeam's stayed on.

lows go off....can be modified to keep them on

lows definetly go off.......when i had my r33 i was going to do some wiring to keep them on when high beam was activated but never got around to it.
