if so,ill take one set with blue insert with clear plastic cover please.

also, do you still have those halogen bulbs on sale?? what do they look like? cheers!!

Keen for one for a R32 gtst Blue inserts, Clear coating but have a few questions first.

Is there a reason why they use a juction box and extra line standard? Maybe to damper the pressure? will this line affect the pressure needed or stroke required at the clutch pedal or will it cause pressures outside the cylinders capabilities? If anyone can answer this that would be good.

Is the picture an example of the clear coated ones?

Is there any proof sent that these are ADR approved?

Steve from Maltech has kindly supplied this info on the clutch lines:

"The only reason that l can see for the extra line and junction block is to give the clutch pedal a softer feel. Nissan is the only manufacturer that l have ever seen this set up on.

The master to slave clutch hose may make the clutch pedal slightly firmer to push, but we just fitted this type of hose to a GTR that had an extra heavy duty clutch fitted and you could hardly notice a difference in the pressure required to push the pedal.

The master to slave clutch hose will not affect the operation of the slave cylinder in a negative way.

Response from customers is nothing but positive, first point is that the hose was easy to fit, clutch bleed up straight away, and they now have a much more positive feeling clutch pedal, you can actually feel the point that the clutch is engaging at, and this point is exactly the same every time.

Clutch hoses are not required to meet any ADR standard, but having said that the master to slave clutch hose we produce does comply to ADR as it uses exactly the same hose, inserts and fitting type as the brake hoses.

This hose is also tested to 3500psi

Regards

Steve

I hope this helps :)
