i think servers are bookable for free. there are others other than these two. but 3fl is australia-wide.

i got a ADSL2 connection with 24000/1500 (so its 3 times quicker then cable on upstream) ... but I don't have any of the counter strikes installed on my new laptop. Don't know where the cd/key is either. Only got Battlefield 2 and Quake 4 on it at the moment.
