What Does This Switch Do ?

does anybody know what this switch does, its next to the height adjust for the steering wheel

I think its the aerial up/down switch... (down is half way down, and up is fully up)

**edit -- ah actually sorry i think thats wrong... the aerial switch is further up than that on the left isnt it?

What car? Where is it in relation to the steering wheel? Below? Left? Right?

hmmm ok not so sure then.. I doubt it would have anything to do with trans. Maybe two stage electronic dampers or something?
