Its a car detailing center, so I assume that there would be a fair bit of parking at the place itself, and in the street surrounding.

there is not very much parking there at all. i'm not sure if you've been there but i reckon maybe 15-20 max in there.

What Rich said, the center is not that big. I reckon max 10 cars. There is heaps of street parking though.

Guess i'll just have to be one of the first there then :teehee:

Do you guys know what cross street this place is closest to on broadway?

Corner of Buckland Street and Broadway. If you are heading away from the city, it will be on the left side. If you are heading towards Chinatown/UTS is it on your right side.

It is also located where the old "BIG BOYZ TOYS" Location was back about 2years ago. Its the same place. In broadway.

LOL Im not even listed to go, guess its Friday and bored at work. Might drive pass there see who is there at the time lol

Nah i wasn't into it tonight, went straight home afterwards. Don't know about the rest. Saw gtr_fan and had a chat, but don't know about anyone else from SAU. I wanted to have a look around some (RB25) engine bays though! :( Time to cough up that membership fee...

Soft :(

It was pretty good. Got free stuff and now have half a clue on what to use and how to use it :O No other skylines though...disappointed on that one.

I was there, as was Richard (Beer Baron). I had the Stagea but parked down in the side street.

Was an alright night, fairly informative but a bit rushed. It was supposed to go for 2hrs, but went for about 45mins. Was good to see how much difference that proper attention to paint prep and protection can make.

It would have been better if there was less traffic noise (and some clowns insisted on talking through it), and the guy doing the polishing didn't really expand on when questions were asked. Not everyone uses an orbital or rotary buffer, either.

yeah it was ok. Joy was there too with R33. I took the soarer. It was good to see the place, and get some advice.

I have to say the type of cars there was not quite to my taste. I was pretty sure painting a charade at home in your backyard, then adding the loudest fart can you can find and a leather interior went out of style in 1995 (was it ever in style?).

Yeah i agree. That was the reason i didn't stay (didn't want to drive around with the charades etc...haha). Ah so you were the soarer. Came and left pretty quickly. :D

Oh and i have to admit me and a mate were quite surprised/excited seeing the chick get into the R33. hehe

Hope you all had a good night, and thanks to everyone that attended. That was the first of those nights to be run, I found out later. All your comments and advice will be passed onto the organisers on their end, to make future nights better.
