Thought it may be an idea to start a thread on these 'different' pieces of Japanese automotive design.. Some of them are really out of control, but the cleaner ones can actually look extremely phat.

bosuzoku is like a gang of wannabe yakuza that love driving loud cars and bikes around. i never new it extended to a style of tuning/modifying but there you go.

Well, the style is kind of connected to the above- there aren't many loud and crazy looking factory built cars so they modify them - the name has stuck I think.

Also referred to as "Yankee style" customisation.
