Stock Airbox With Fmic

Recently installed a hybrid FMIC and was trying to put my stockaibox in but the triangular shaped cold air intake that sits in front of the box and lets air in does not fit since the cold air pipe from the intercooler is blocking it.

How have other ppl got around this?

I had the same problem mate ended up getting a pod, partitioned it from the engine, and added a cold air feed. This feed runs from the front bar to where the hole was left under the pod from the existing intercooler piping was.

Yea i gotta get a RWC and POD+FMIC is not roadworthy for some reason. Has ne1 fitted the stock airbox with a hybrid FMIC?

yeah just cut a small section to allow them both to fit..

had mine like that for ages before i fitted a pod and box.
