Front Right Wheel Bearing

Hey,

Has anyone replaced one of these on theirs? If so how much did it set you back for the bearing itself?

Can aftermarket bearings be comparable with the genuine nissan ones, and are the a/m ones substantially cheaper?(i.e NSK).

Just starting my research before I go ahead, so any comments most welcome.

I recently bought a pair from nissan for $90 for the pair (that was a trade price through a mate who worked there).

For reference: It's an NTN bearing with part number TU0808-1

I will eventually call nissan as well as 3rd party providers, but do u know if nissan only sell them as a pair, or can u just get the 1?

Did you get some guys to install it? If so how much did it set u back in labour?

You can get them in singles and you just go to a workshop and ask em to press the bearing into the hub for you - mine they didn't charge me as it took em 2 minutes.

cost me $140 for the baring + $100 for labor

I got the NSK bearings for $23 (Inner/outer bearing and the seal) - This is just for the front right side.

Labour is about $100.

Post up your NSK part numbers. That price sounds very good.
