yeah its the sensor in the cat. if you have a look at it (from the passenger side under the car) you will see that it will more than likely see that it has been worn though a little bit from going over a speed bump or something like that. there is a plug under one of the front seat (99% sure its passenger seat), just unplug it. i had it coming on first thing in the morning as soon as i turned the ignition to on, didn't even start the car. then i had a look in the manual and saw what it was for and thought either someone has taken my car for a joyride and brought it back while i was in the shower, or it was caused by the wires being exposed.
