R34 Turbo Info

my father has an R34 (auto 4 door) and he reckons that the turbo is a steel wheel type

hers what i am intersted in, is it true. if so i belive it would be a good upgrade turbo for my car, a silver top rb20 in my r31

can any one please tell me if the r34 turbos are a steel wheel type and if some one has it handy the numbers on the turbo, so i can see if dads 34 has a steel wheel turbo as he wants to put some more boost into it (hes not happy with 9 psi LOL)

R34 turbos, are like all Nissan OEM turbos on the RB25

There was not R34 GT-t turbo that was steel wheeled, so no point giving numbers.

If he puts more boost into it (above another 1-2psi) it will fail under extended load
