hard to say on those photos (the angle doesn't show the body of the cat very well), but it looks like it might be an older aftermarket one

looks like a stocker to me....looks very similar to the compliance cat out of my 33, just doesnt have the silver metal around it like mine did.

if its not 3", its not really any good in terms of aftermarket exhaust anyway, so maybe unbolt it and check out the inlet size
