It's On! Lakeside - Better Late Than Never

Recommended Posts

If you didn't manage to get there, it was good! Just happy to get back out on that track again! The noise issue wasn't as bad as I'd thought it'd be.

hrd-hr30, good to meet ya mate.

Cheers, Ben (go the spagma!)

my sentiments exactly - that track is something special! it was awesome to get back out there, and was alot of fun in the GTR. A bit faster than my old Datto was, and a bit less nimble too... but still remarkably good for a heavy road car on Federal tyres! The Federals were very very good actually. They certainly stood up to the punishment alot better than the brakes!

Nice to meet you and Jason too. Have fun down at Rally Burnie! You guys should come and do the QLD Challenge Touring Road Event in August if you can. I think its the 26th. They have a few closed road sections around the place, so its a good bit of fun. Nothing like the tarmac rallies you guys do, but for $120 its a pretty good way to spend a Saturday.

yeah, i managed to get 3 sessions in a row at the end, so that made up for missing out on the rest of the day i guess...

and yes, it was worth getting out on the track...

i'm glad i didn't spit the dummy and tear into them and demand my money back now

good to see it all worked out in the end. Nice to see you leave with a smile after the dissapointment earlier.

can you let me know if your mate in the RX7 got any pics of my car?

cheers mate,

Harry

oh btw, you live just around the corner from my mate Glynn with the blue 240Z that was out there yesterday. I went back to his place for a beer after and saw you behind me.
