I know you cant see factory turbos on a stock motor as its covered by a heat shield....

But you do understand that you will have to do other things as well if you bolt on a turbo????

what would i have to do... i only wanna run 6-8psi...therefore u dont have to change pistons and cams ect...?

All i thought i would have to do is... buy a turbo manifold and a stock turbo and bolt it on???

is this not correct?

im not gonna run high psi cause i know it will blow me engine

Nah you need a bit of modification to run a turbo, even if its at low boost. Stock rb25's only run low boost and as said above, its pretty obvious if you have a turbo... :ermm:

Correct me if i'm wrong but if you do put a turbo on and then have an accident you'd be screwed. Presumeably your insurance company would'nt pay and you would cop the 7 demerit point fine for driving a restricted vehicle, thus lose your licence>>P plater. Is it really worth it?

If you want to treat a copper like an idiot eg: "Its a stock N/A sir, I swear", then you will be treated like a smartarse and probably have the book thrown at you.

Also, as mentioned, what happens if you kill someone, maim or just destory someone else's car and don't have any insurance ? Just a case of "I hope no one saw me hit that person/car?".

Your not allowed too have a turbocharged car - accept it.

JUST CUT HOLE IN FIRE WALL HAVE MANIFOLD AN INTAKE PIPE LEADING THROUGH FIRE WALL

INTO GLOVE BOX WHERE YOU CAN HAVE YOUR STANDARD TURBO RUNNING 6 POUNDS AND THE COPS WONT KNOW TRUST ME ITS A GOOD IDEA!!!

Your also gonna need a intercooler, even the factory one is visible.... Even though some cops couldn't tell a engine from their elbow, im sure they will spot the factory intercooler or piping...

just my 2 cents

I notice you have a carbon skin bonnet - you have enough to worry about if a cop pulls you over without having a turbo hidden in the glovebox/under the bonnet.

yes, trying to get away with adding a turbo to an already LOOK AT ME!! car is asking for trouble.
