I Have a R32 GTR and I've Installed X-Force Dump Pipes, I have noticed that fitting the rear turbo intake aluminium pipe, fouls against the front turbo x-force dump pipe. i.e just touching it. Is there an alternative to maintain at least 10-15 mm clearance, are there any adaptors available. Can anyone please provide me with some advise. Because the way it is now, if the engine runs there is a posibility that the heat from the x-force dump pipe will melt the aluminium turbo intake. Your urgent reply would be greatly appreciated

without being rude

DONT FIT X FORCE DUMP PIPES TO GTR'S

in my opinion they are ok on gtsts as when they warp etc they are easy to remove etc

on a gtr put a set of decent ones on there or just dont bother!unless you like pulling turbos off your gtr which i shouldnt think anyone would be to fond of the second time around:)

I'm a mechanical draftsman by trade, and deal with stainless steel quite a bit. I am unsure what grade S/S the X-Force items are but when I saw a GTST example up close it appeared that the steel used and alot of impurities in it compared to most of the Australian stuff we deal with. Most places use at least 304 S/S which is the most widely available, but still not ideally suited to high temp applications when comparing to 409 S/S which is used in most of the more expensive/quality shops (Di Fillipo for example). I suggest you remove the dump pipe and sell it and have a quality item fabricated, or purchase another from a well known/trusted brand. As someone else said in an earlier post the dump pipe may warp, and this is characteristic of most stainless steel, and certainly more so for a cheaper grade such as the x-force item.
