would anyone know how to remove thread locking adhesive bolts?

Hi you can put them in a vice and use a wire brush or wire wheel on a drill.

Depending on the type of adhesive it is you can also heat it up with a heat gun or something and it will just wipe off. Just don't snort the fumes

Works the same way for getting the bolt out, just heat it up, the heat should melt the threadlocker and it will come out easy

use small oxy to heat bolt, or add heat by welding to the top of it
