Oil For My R33

I'm doing my first service on my R33. Its a non-turbo GTS 1993 model. Looking through the service manual, I can't find what grade of oil I should put in. Can anyone give me an idea what they use. I rang up AutoOne and they said Penrite HPR 15 or HPR 10, but I thought it sounded a bit low for a car my age. Any recomendations?

I was recommended penrite 5w60 - works a treat when being thrashed

I've done 132,000 k's. Which is not bad for a 13 year old car.

Why not fully synthetic???

I use 300V Chrono and its awesome... thats fully synthetic.....

I use 10W30. But ive never used any other oil so i don't know what my R33 N/A would run like if it was on different stuff

Its a non turbo so there is no reason to run Motul 300V nor go something as thick as molasses like the 5W60.

Depending on your budget, I'd say something like GTX Magnatec or Shell Helix Ultra would be good without braking the bank.
