Interior Inserts Peeling

hi there

all the black stuff whatever it is is peeling off the inserts of my dash.

i have decided i want to remove it all and paint the dash.

does anyone know of a quick way to remove te rest of the black stuff

some of it is stuck on pretty well

any ideas much appreciated.

i realise that can you kindly point me to the area i should have posted this in as i was unsure.

i could not see a "cosmetic modifications secion"

You're better off removing said panel and then sanding it completely clean. Then use some primer spray, then sand with really fine sandpaper, then basecoat, then paint.
