300rwkw With R33 Rebuilt Turbo?

Just want to know if it is possible to rebuild R33 turbos to get 300rwkw or is 250 the maximum you can coax out of the turbo that size?

with a VG30 rear, i think someone on here got 270rwkw out of it, then adding cams will probably bump that figure up once more....

yeah I know about the 270 figure, but I guess it would have to rely on the cam gears to get to 300.

Im just thinking about this kind of upgrade simply because I don't want to sell my split dump and front pipe and waste money buying sepearte dump pipes for the replacement turbo. Much simpler this way I guess

thats why i stuck with my highflow... didnt wanna fcuk around with new dump pipe, intercooler piping and what not.... maybe later on when im bored

You wont get 300rwkw from a hi-flow.

You need to step up to something larger.

Spending 2k on a turbo, vs a few hundred on a dump pipe (that can be resold) i dont see why its a worry point

would it be possible to get an exhaust shop to just mod the split dump to the new outlet?

if your going bigger turbo, MAY need to high mount it, then you need to extend/ change the design of the pipe... so better off just getting a new dump pipe

someone correct me if I am wrong but wouldnt a HKS Pro-S kit fit with the stock dump pipe ect. This with cams may get you to 300rwkw

keeping the stock dump pipe to me is stupid, biggest restrictive piece of rubbish IMO when i changed mine the car just felt so much happier and free, just get it hi flowed and a good dump pipe and some cams might not get ya to 300 but that will be pretty responsive and still have pretty decent power
