Relocating Power Steering Resavoir

need help dont where to put the power steering resovior as im puting a high mount turbo on my rb25 where do a reckon I should mount it

hard to say without a picture, info on what you have where in the wngine bay... maybe just move it across couple of inches to keep the std lines..

depends on where the turbo sits, you might not even need to move it .. i didn't with my high mount setup

does it matter how high it sits?

as you may be able to move it around the strut tower or more towards the pod.

as long as it is higher than the pump you will be fine ...

silvergtst has moved his to where the std air box was on an angle... seems to be working fine for him

As long as the fluid level is higher than the power steering pump inlet then it should be fine as thats the only bit that requires a gravity feed.

I considered moving mine to where the charcoal canister sits in my r32 but the bends needed in the feed to the pump changed my mind. I ended up moving it up behind the strut tower, but it won't be ideal on a highmount due to the amount of radiated heat from the exhaust housing and exhaust.

It doesn't really matter what turbo as it can stay in the same spot, but the manifold is what makes all the difference. I would just wait until you have mounted the manifold and turbo and most of the time you just need to run some longer P/S hoses or re-route the stock ones.
