Hi guys,

My GTR decided to die in the ass yesterday. first time ever the thing has let me down randomly :action-smiley-069:

I have a strong suspicion it's fuel pump and will put a pressure gauge on it tonight. if that indicates low fuel pressure I would like to borrow a stock pump just to see if that fixes it (in which case new nismo pump) or if not then it's time to start chasing wiring/plug faults (already checked all fuses).

If anyone could help me out with this it would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

:wub::D

Richard,

Put the stock ECU in (you have a PFC from memory) and bring it over, we'll plug the consult in and tell you straight away what the problem is.

Otherwise Nathan has a Snap On computer if you put the Stock ECU back in

thanks rukus, saliya, dunc and tosh :)

so many offers of help warms my heart :wave:

I've got my hands on a fuel pump and going to try that. I dont have a stock ecu around (NFI what i did with it). but I did spend some time in the sensor check screen on the PFC. both AFMS are working ok, TPS is working, idle bypass closes when i touch throttle, everything seems cool. Going to check the pump out tonight and replace with this other one. i will let you guys know how i go.
