Hey,

Just had a complete and fully adjustable camber and caster kit put in my car at Pedders and the mechanic said that there is a problem with my coilovers...

Now i bourght them second hand off of E-bay and very curious to know what the problem is with them and thought some other skyline owners might have the same delimma and any help would be greatly appreciated...

The major issue is that the shock is not giving me any cushion when i drive. It was put up on the lift and the wheels did not drop at all and when it was dropped to the ground again the wheels did not move at all either... Seemed they were fixed in a position...

The mech suggested a few thigns that could be the problem:

1. That the shock is "topped out" and that is the reason it cannot move to give me cushion when i drive

2. The shocks valves are totally screwed and wont give me a cushion

3. The guys that put in my coilovers screwed it up some how and it refuses to have any give in the suspension

4. The coilovers were put together wrong at the factory

Any help would be awesome as it is like driving a boat on land and i feel every little thing on the road and my back will break shortly if i cannot find & fix the problem...

Thanks in advance, Jake
