Sard Fuel Regulator

i recently purchased a SARD Fuel Regulator and need some help with installation..

Im pretty cluey as to where im meant to install it, im just not too sure whether i need to remove any fuel pump fuses or block off any hoses before i remove the stock fuel regulator?

Also, with the new Sard regulator, it has a pressure adjustment screw. Do i need to adjust this to any particular level for an RB25det with stock injectors and fuel pump?

Anyone with aftermarket fuel regulators on here, some help would be appreciated..

To get rid of the fuel pressure you take the fuel pump fuse out and then crank the engine a few times.

IIRC standard fuel pressure is 38psi so you'll need a gauge is you haven't got one.

Its not the SARD fuel reg one but, download the T-Reg Pro insallation instructions to get a basic idea.

Just curious why did you get an adjustable FPR when you have a stock fuel system?

thanx for the reply guys, jobs done for now, ill just need to get some kind of a reading on the fuel pressure..

pkblade: im a bit low on cash, so i got the fuel regulator first, my next purchase will be a fuel pump and injectors..

Guys i'm looking at buyin one also and was wondering if you replaced the old regulator totally or left it on the car and mounted the sard regulator on the firewall somewhere in sync with the existing one???? Has anyone got pics of their setup??
