Hey guys,

Noticed last night when I went to drive my car (only couple times a week) the immob light wasnt on and I didnt press my remote.

the light that indicates my security is on isnt on and Im kinda worried as I dont want to leave the car anywhere.

Not sure of brand but could anyone have any ideas on what to do / check / anything!?!?!?!

Cheers,

Chris

Hey Chris!

(havent seen u on PF for a while!)

Havent got on on me at work but I'll get one tonight and find out.

I got home last night and the red light on the dash was on....so all good but this morning checked it out and the red light was flashing, used remote, turned off and worked. however a minute later the car locked itself and red light went back on and flashed. Now its never locked itself before.....werid, really weird

If you didnt open any of the doors when you turned it off last night, it is basically an inbuilt feature that it will rearm and lock the doors regardless of the type of immobiliser or alarm. Generally has a 30 second delay though... but if you turned it off and opened a door there is definitely a gremlin of some sort in there!
