4ws On R32 Gts-t What The?

Hi, SAU forum readers, just 2 questions?

I have a R32 GTS-T 93 model and was told today that it has 4 wheel steering once it gets to a certain speed. Well I was told all do. Is this true?

Also coil packs? Are they worth investing in for more power and are they worth it for good ones? I'm not even sure how they fully work?

Any help is appreciated

The 4ws is HICAS

Some like it, most dont.

Its just a seperate steering rack in the rear basically
