Yes thanks.. Im however focusing on the no radio option.

Well if you need someone to help you obsess about a meaningless option delete, you need to speak to DiscoPotato he might need a rest from his meaningless obsession with oil filters.

That's because even people who have been here for 25 years don't care about such trivialities. It's a f**king Japanese 2-door sports coupe that was made in the hundreds of thousands, and crushed and crashed in numbers nearly as large. We like them, but we don't wear anoraks about them.

I don't get all the agro. It IS unusual and interesting to have a no radio car. There aren't really many sources of good information on what happened 25 years ago in a non-english speaking country, if you aren't interested in talking about it in this thread....don't!

I ordered both  of my BMW's new without the standard sound system, because it was a piece of shit built to a price by Blaupunkt for BMW. I opted for a top of the range "REAL" Blaupunkt system. Put me down on your xmas card list as an unusual and interesting person, because like the bloke who ordered this UNICORN car I wanted my own choice of sound.

It's not agro. It's exasperation. Rainman rocking in the corner makes more sense than spending 3s thinking about why a particular car came without a stereo.

My car has some unusual options on it. I found out that they were unusual options, went...."OK".... and got on with mowing the lawn or painting the gutters or whatever the hell else I had going on in my life that day.

    • Kaizo Industries put a VIN plate over where the Nissan plate would go. It was part of how they broke the law and attracted feds going after them.
    • Reasonably hard, although I haven't run it with the new Endless setup yet. The old brakes were F50's on 335mm rotors and the car did a 1:40.6 at Phillip Island which is a reasonable time, I'm seeing high 600s on the temperature paint. A guy I know ran the Endless fluid at WTAC without issues and he was doing 1:33's I think (Evo) with a 355/332 setup. I don't get out to the track as much as I'd like but we put the car on the hoist and spanner check every bolt and re-paint mark everything, bleed the brakes, change the fuel, check the coolant system and re-bleed blah blah blah before every event. Motorsport is expensive, RB's are expensive so a couple of hours before an event is time well spent. It's also a net time saving because if you can keep your RB from self destructing it saves you time in the long term!

    • Hello! I'm new here, I have an R33 GTST that is currently being finished up! Last year was pretty rough, blew two stock turbos so I decided to build the car. Has been down since November, but I get it back next weekend!
    • Hello, I believe my car was imported to America in the 2000s by Kaizo Industries. Would anyone be able to help me find more info on them? I've only found all the basic stuff like that paul walker bnr34, them being shutdown by feds, just stuff like that. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
