How To Remove R34 Gt-t Speed Limiter?

Hey,

Ive been searching on the net for how to remove the speed limiter on r34's. There is alot of information for the r32's and r33's just cut wire 53. But couldnt find anything for r34's.

I looked at the ECU diagram and wire 53 on the r34 is "Motor throttle switch signal [RB25DET]".

Wire 29 is "Vehicle speed sensor signal (Vehicle speed sensor 2)" though.

Any ideas or anyone that has done it before?

If it's anything like other nissan's you will have to sacrifice your speedo to disable it.

You won't be able to tell your speed but it won't hit the limiter.

wont a PFC do it? ive got a kakimoto ecu and it does it in my GTR why not invest in some tunable ROM or full ecu instead of splicing wires. it will be worth the extra $$

Just get an Apexi RSM.

Gives you a speed cut and allows you to measure all kinds of interesting stuff.

Thats what i use in my r34.
