Boot Rattlin ... etc

Hi guys,

does any1 know the best way to get rid of all the rattling noises from the boot and rear wing, etc. when u put ur bass up ?

it sounds so gay when u hear it from outside, the rattling makes ur car cheap and sad ...

I used a weather seal foam with an adhesive side on the bits that rattled, was mostly the plastic lining stuff.

I cant hear it inside, and cant say I listen to my car stereo when Im not in it, so it might work too.

you can use a mix of silicone (around the lights) and some sound deadning sheets. u can buy the sheets from any good local car audio shop. U can buy some cheap stuff that works ok to expensive shit that eliminates all sounds.

has some decent sounddeadening gear. G-spot paint is good getting into the hard areas. Im about to use it on my boot as well, its rattling a bit. I will tell you how it goes.

*** Actually i take that back. I dont really want to recommend them. I ordered an amp through them 4 weeks ago. They said it would take 5-7 days. They dont reply to emails requesting an update (polite emails). I went and bought another amp, and now they are finally charging me for the one i ordered and sending it out..over a month later. *** get your ideas from their site, buy somewhere else:D
