Well your stock boost controller is definatly dissconnected, and it is a bit hard to tell where the line running from your wastegate is going..... But that is a lot of hoses plugged up there......

I have tried to circle in green where the wastegate is, try following that hose to see where it goes, as pressure going to your wastegate is what controlls the level of boost.

whats the problem tho, out of interest?

ie no boost, unlimited boost, etc etc, or is all good and working / functioning correctly?

looks to me as if you have a Greddy electronic boost controller...... and if that is working correctly then you probably shouldnt change anything, LOL

ok, the hose going to the wastegate actuator needs the other end to connect to the OUT port on your EBC solenoid. The IN port of the solenoid needs to be connected to a pressure source. most likely post throttle would be the go. it should also have a BLEED port which needs to be left unconnected.

ok, so if that hose is running of where the T piece is, one end of the T is blocked off and the other runs off the inlet tube then it is showing the waste gate the inlet pressure with will open the waste gate when it reaches the spring tension limit of the gate. So first of all (if what I have stated above is correct) it is running safely and will not over boost. If you want to get it back to factory running the 2 stage boost solenoid or reconnect that after market Boost Controller then there I am sure someone here will have the answers!

Ah ok, now I see it, so the hose coming from that stock nipple off the cooler piping just before the plenum, goes to her wastegate, via a T piece with the 3rd pipe blocked?

So there must be some reason why the person who did this dissconnected both the aftermarket boost controller and the stock boost controller.......?

Yeah that is my thinking Ska, I think the Boost controller might have some issues... You won't know until you try I guess?

I"ve spoken to Burkey22 who orginally did all the work to the car, he since sold it to a guy in SA in April, I bought the car off this guy in SA this month (July)... Burkey says he didn't disconnect the boost.

All the gauges inside the car were taken down and the SA guy said he was going to get the car reg'd in SA (then I came along from WA wanting to buy it) so he disconnected all the boost stuff. I've now had them reconnected inside, but under the bonnet is the mystery.

On the Greddy is says "Boost Control Valve"

Hmmmm wierd eh, well I guess the answer to your original question, "What goes where?", nothing needs to be changed if you do not want to change the amount of boost you are running.

If you want to change it then you would have to hook up some lines to the GReddy unit, in the way BB said. But I am unaware how the GReddy unit works, and more importantly if it works.....?

And it is bloody beautiful Boost Controller, dont think I'll be going back to EBC for the stagea, this one works just brilliantly!
