Trust/greddy Turbo

Could some one help me out, which Trust turbo should I go for my 1996 Nissan Skyline (Series 2)? Is the TRUST TD05H-18g 10cm2 the one I should be looking at? My target is only 240rwkw or more (without touching the internals of the engine). Are these turbo's good on response (ie. minimal lag)? Also, do they bolt straight on the stock manifold?
