Cold Air Intake Setups

Hi people

I just got a Pod for my car, im tryin to suss out away of making a good Cover/airbox type thing for it to keep the hot air out, and also run a CAI pipe to the pod so its always getting cold air and has as much as it needs.

Post up some pics of how you did yours, What materials, Were you got them from.

and maybe if we get enough one of the mods could Sticky this, becasue its such a common mod done to NA r33's.

basically cut a hole where the intercooler pipe would go (there is an indentation for it) and then run some ducting up to your pod.

as for a heat shield, there are already countless threads on this topic, try a search

Is there anyone from Sydney keen to get together one weekend to make a CAI and POD box?

Might be a good 'group' project if 2 or 3 of us got together, shared skills/ideas?

And yea there's some kind of plastic/glass cover thingy over it, it was just really really clean at the time..
