these are the cams I was running hks 264 9.0mm lift with standard valve springs and no mods to heads .Though with the rebuild im installing rb26det valve springs

P.S lift was stamped on the bottom of cam nearest firewall

I got GTR springs with some GTR cams i had. But thinking out loud. Solid lifters weigh less, so have less inertia and typically allow you to run softer springs for no drop in performance.

So thats some general thoughts...but begs the question. Are GTR springs really an upgrade ?

Oh, and can anyoen actually post before and after results of only a cam upgrade on an RB20
