It's marked as "For the Cold Districts" which presumably means it had an optional pack for snow country (R33 experts, help me out here!)

Nissan fast can be downloaded from some websites/torrent sites. Youjust have to look for it

heres a screen shot, the extra little window open usualy tells me what special options came with the car however for me its only ever worked with r34's otherwise i get a bunch of characters like i got with yours
