From what I gather...

Nismo S-Tune S1 Engine

Nismo Tuned ECU

400PS = 295 kW's

320 Km/h Speedo

Auction Grade = 3.5, nothing major but which means it will need some work done.

Without seeing the engine bay, I'd say it was a V-Spec taken to one of the Nismo Factories (Omori) and built to S-Tune S1 specs.

Repainted to a Silver colour, either KL0 = Spark Sliver Metallic (most probably this colour) or KG1 = Jet Silver Metallic.

Silver colour GTR's are somewhat of a trademark for Nismo built and tuned cars.
