Hi people

just was wondering which one to adjust to move the power band so ot spools up quicker, do i adjust the inlet or the exhaust i'm hoping it's the inlet cause it's alot easier to get to on the dyno or is a combination of both.

Also these cam gears were on another rb20 and set at +2 -4 i took them out of that engine and just wacked them on mind ( i did the TDC) are they already dialed in to +2 -4 on my engine or do i have to take the cam gears off set them at zero and then put them back on and then adjust it to +2 -4. i hope that made sence

Cheers

anthony

Fair enough what about my other question about weather or not i have to re adjust the cam gears.

i.e do i have to take them off set them on zero and then put them back on or are they already set up because they were done on the other motor?? I asked sydney kid and he answered my question but i don't think i made much sence so i just want to confirm. should i take them off and re adjust it or not??

Cheers

They are already adjusted to the most common setting. Put them on as they are and get on with tuning it.
