Bug & Tar Remover

This stuff is the bomb-diggity.. I use it all the time. Then just yesterday I read on the label that it contains 'petrolium distilates'

Is this stuff likely to help induce rust over time if used fairly regularly?

rinse it off and you wont have problems

ive used it a couple of times and once i accidently knocked it all over my quarter pannel *whoops!!!* (Ofcourse i washed and scrumbed it straight away). But i havent had any problems and ive been using it since Feb

EDIT: i never wash it off, but i think i will from now on

I've never washed it off... And have used it on every panel, and my Work 18 inch rims... Can anyone in the 'know' confirm that there is a dangerous % of this stuff in Bug & Tar removers etc?

Surely there would be some sort of warning..
