Not getting 1 bar boost :(

Hey all,

As the topic says I cant get 1 bar boost. I have an AVC-R and its all been set up properly but for some reason it doesnt hit 1 Bar. Basically if I accelerate hard, take her to say 6000rpm it will only get to about 0.9 Bar.

What could be happening?

Someone has mentioned an Intake leak to me but Im not sure...how can I find it?

ula32 had the same problem with his 32 gtr and avc-r. He had it wired wrong i think.

try removing vaccum hose to the wg.

then try if your getting boost over 0,9 it´s your EBC.

if not it´s probebly your blowoff valve just plug the hose´s and then try.

but it migth be your ecu that´s cutting it too..

It could be you actuator is stuck open

not all skylines you can take to 1bar just 'cause. Each is different into the exact max boost it'll hold and the setup of your other mods

alright i got it sorted. i had a play with the boost controller and i just "upped" the duty cycle on the solonoid. gets to 1 bar nicely now and holds it well. so im happy
