Pac/daquino Rx3 Crash @ Wsid

Recommended Posts

Someone saying they spoke to Anthony last night has said that the car dropped oil under its own tyres causing it to veer hard right and hit the wall.

Such a shame to see one of the worlds quickest RX3's tumbling like that. I really liked that car :(

That's a terrible shame-but brilliant that he's come out of it okay, and that's the most important part.

That was one of my favourite comp cars.

Here's a shot I got of it at Compak Attak in May. :D

not laughing at the situation as it is a shame to see such a well presented and quick car like that written off.

but it is maybe coincidental but at the HKS mini Jam not to long ago in QLD a Pac customer flipped his RX3 Sedan whilst racing he was the original owner of the Daquino RX3 back when it was silver before Rob Stanbury brought it and then sold it to Daquino.

he was known as the Dentist when a interview was done for fast fours.

Dentist's car in QLD - viscious cross-wind into the chutes.

Anthony's RX3 at WSID - popped/loose fitting dropped oil under right rear tyre.

Pure co-incidence. Let's not forget how well and more importantly, how consistantly this car has been campaigned for years.

co incidence was probably the word I was looking for

was just tying it back to that originally the Red Rx3 was the dentists first car which he sold. then brought back again then sold again to stanbury who then sold it to Daquino.

then the bug bit him again so he built another RX3.

and unfortunately both cars have gone bye bye within in such a short time frame
