I've done this. The GTR caliper is very similar to a GTSt / GTS4 caliper except it has longer brackets between where it bolts on and the caliper.

You will replace the caliper and the disc which is a very simple bolt off-bolt-on proposition. The brake pads are interchangeable if you get dodgy pads when you buy the new brakes.

I however wouldn't bother. I noticed no benefit in performance, but they do look slightly better as the disc fills out the rim a little better. I guess it works out relatively cheap as the GTSt calipers are readily sellable to S13 owners.

R33 GTS25t calipers look exactly the same as R32 GTR (I think the disc is mean to be slightly wider).
