Opinions on microtech LT8 for rb20det please

Hi,

Just after peoples opinions on the Microtech LT8 or even other microtech aftermarket computers for an rb20det. Any experiences both good and bad etc....

My old Rb20DET ran an MT-8. I didnt run air temp compensation so my setup wasnt ideal. Once tuned properly it would seem to over say 2 months start to run rich which not only ruined plugs but sucket with economy.

with a few revs on board to get the T3/4 spooling the car was way quicker then my current 32. So for foot to the floor grunt it was good. (and price is attractive)

But probs such as poor light throttle economy, sometimes varied idle , stalled with aircon on etc. The computer definitely detracted from the day to day driveability of the car.

Handset gives good live readout as well, but i wouldnt run another MT8 on my current car.
