We are booked in on the Saturday 30th September!

All funds raised from the BBQ will be donated to either the Salvos or put towards the club to make some

****IMPORTANT

Please respect the neighbours around the area, others have disrespected them by thinking thier street is a drift track and which has lead to many complaints to Shaun. We want to have more of these in the future and avoid police attendance. Anyone who has breached this will have thier plates taken down and barred from Dyno Days.

How you going fellas.

Sorry for the lack of updates.

Been a bit slack on my behalf, but the BBQ is organised.

A final update to who has paid a deposit. No more deposits will be accepted unless I have replied to your pm. Just bring your cash on the day, as the reason for the deposit was to ensure enough people rocked up not to waste BoosTWoRx time.

IF ANYONE IS MISSING FROM HERE PM ME With the date that you paid and the amount. This is most likely that you did not put a description with your payment for me to identify you. From my records there is only one missing from this list who has paid.

A BBQ will be operating with Sausages,Bread and Cans of Softdrink.

The procedure for the day is simple. When you arrive, come to the desk and sign in with me. This will allow you to express any concerns you may have, particullary about time if you need to leave early for work etc. Then keep a look out for signs on the desk which will be displaying who is on the dyno and who is next. When you see your next, please get your car ready near the entrance, this is a good chance to warm up your car aswell.

When your car is finished, please report back to me with your dyno figure.

Hope everyone has a enjoyable day!

Starting time: 10 ish

Finish time: Till they kick us out.

IF ANYONE IS RUNNING A FWD CAR on, let me know, you will be last or first. I might put my old KB laser on last to get the lowest reading.

Cheers and drive safe.

Will

might be interested in putting me s13 on rollers for first time. Any idea how much would cost ?

No worries, last time was $25 so hopefully around that price again.

By any chance have you had modifications done to your car of late? lol. I might be interested, however can't guarantee as fuel pump should be going in soon and dyno tuned within the next two weeks at BoostWorx :P Is it just a single power run in shoot out mode or other? I'll come to watch either way

Will Will Will.......... where the hell have you been hiding buddy! You know i'll be there mate, depending on everyone else i should slide up the list a couple of spots from last time........ Hmmmm booking into Boostworx in the next week or 2 so i might even get Shaun to wind her up a little more!!!!

Hey dudes and girls,

Yes i have a paypal account

[email protected]

Or direct deposit into my account.

Details have been added into my first post.

Lazerchick - How nice of you! You help will be greatly appreciated! Look forward to the day already.

Yeah I'm keen, have got an exhaust & slight increase in boost on mine, so I'd be curious just to see where it stands at the moment. I'll give you the deposit at the social :D

    • Ended up spending a WHOLE day yesterday cleaning and rearranging my shed.  Due to the aforementioned disorder, my shed is as cluttered and confused as my brain. Again, because of said disorder,  at any one time there are 5 projects on the go at once and because they're still on the go I don't put everything away so I can "get straight back to it" which rarely happens.. So anyway,  I bought a couple of cheap 2mx2m all steel "pallet racks" to put in my back shed.  The idea is to then take pretty much everything out of the main shed that isn't car related. Most of the garden and building stuff is now booted out to the back shed and onto to the shelves where they belong! There's still more rearranging and reallocating to do and it's still a bit busy in there but it's a massive improvement on how it was previously. I've discovered floor space I forgot I had...  For those that have fully dismantled a car before will understand just how much space it takes up!  Particularly panels, bumpers, engine/trans, etc.  I've got stuff hanging on every available wall to get it up off the floor!  This is not exciting content for a blog but has certainly made the shed feel like a more work ready space now!
    • Updating results from our ATR43SS-1 turbo in T3 .63, OEM bolt dump pattern. Not a big number but pretty sweet for a stock Rb20det. Car's managed to pull 220rwkws at 20psi, perfect boost control internally gated with EBC and excellent mid top end power band as they usually skydive after 5.5K. Usual bolt on supporting mods and inlet plenum and factory location exhaust manifold. Pump 98 fuel was used (Ron 93).
    • Yeah, well, it's not as though anyone is ever going to buy one of those noisy f**kers and put it into a new installation when there are better pumps that are near silent for less money from Ti.
    • I'd suggest having the engine builder listen to it, especially if they assembled it, and minimise how much you run it in the meantime. It may have a serious issue like a big end bearing from the description and I assume the rebuild was not cheap
    • Quite right, typing without checking, it is an 023 which was effectively the replacement for 040 (not that I could find either of them on the Bosch motorsport AU site), and it has a mesh inlet at the bottom of the pump rather than a separate filter
