Last night some little twerps tried to break into my car.

They wedged a screwdriver under the top of the passenger window and pushed the window down in the process breaking the winder I believe. After that they were too pissed to open the door so all they did was reach in and open the glove box (nothing inside).

Now I have to repair the winder (thankfully the window is fine):)

Well it took all day but, I fixed the window.Found out later they stole my work mobile (which I normally never leave in the car --- dumb luck).

The winder rail was bend and the mechanism was broken, required a fair bit of work to put right.

I had the car parked at home, left out the front as we had visitors and I went out to get a bottle of wine. My car was the only one they attempted to get into, I assume they were out to steal it.

I think I'll invest in an alarm to go with the immobiliser.
